We are looking to expand our internal workforce by adding a Technical Head of Production.
This individual will be responsible for managing, directing and coordinating the Production unit; will provide support in terms of the formulation and application of production policies and strategic planning.
Will manage the production process as it relates to environmental remediation activities, industrial waste disposal, Full-Service Environmental Solutions, hazardous and non-hazardous waste treatment services using authorised mobile systems, groundwater treatment and the construction/management of waste treatment and disposal plants and facilities.
Will ensure that timetables, quantities, profitability, and quality and safety standards are met, in line with the company budget.
Will manage the organisation of projects and job sites with regard to determining which resources to use on job sites, and will handle coordination with project heads and/or chief job site managers.
Their immediate supervisor will be the Director General.
Requirements: technical diploma or degree; previous multi-year experience in a similar role in a company working in the field of environmental remediation, in contracts and projects for work and services in the environmental sector and infrastructure projects; in-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and environmental remediation techniques.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership abilities and be skilled at becoming a part of a working group, have strong negotiating and interpersonal skills, an aptitude for problem-solving and being proactive, and a deep-rooted propensity towards and culture of safety.
Start date: immediate
Job location: Parma, with frequent business trips.
Salary grade and contract type: consistent with the candidate's actual experience and skills.
